Our unique LTS survey application is the world's only application that can change from a product registration application to a locally running desktop survey. LTS is bundled as part of the product registration process. During registration, the user is asked if they would like to take a survey at some time in the future about the product(s) they just registered. If they respond in the affirmative, the survey will lie dormant for an amount of time designated by the manufacturer. This can be from two weeks to two months, the system is completely configurable in this manner. When its time to run, the LTS survey will appear on the desktop of the user.

Similar to our LTWebview registration application, content for the survey is pulled from our servers, meaning that survey questions and content can be changed and updated at any time. Because the user previously volunteered to take the survey, you will receive high response rates and the data collected is more relevant and valuable. We track and report on all aspects of the survey. This includes the total number of surveys completed, the responses to each question, and when a user stops midway through completing the survey and identifies where this fall off is occurring.
