From our experience in collecting and managing data for more than 40 of the worlds leading consumer products companies, we are experts at taking various sources of data and integrating it into a single, standardized database where it can be used for helping you understand who is buying and using your products.
We can accept multiple feeds of data in a variety of formats and take this and put it into a single, useable data structure. We clean and standardize your data through three functions:
Data normalization - Each field in each data set will be given the same tag so that it can be used across multiple data sets. For example, the field for first name in all databases will have the tag FNAM. The last name field will have the tag LNAM.
De-duplication - Leader will compare each data set and remove or uniquely tag records that are deemed to be duplicate records. Performing this routine helps generate better results when performing customer analysis.
Merge / Purge - Data from multiple sources can be merged into a single, usable database. Different record or field types can be merged into one and duplicated field sets can be eliminated, providing a single, useable record set.
Other services to help build a more useable set of data include email and address verification.
Access to this new and enhanced database is available through our CIAC (Customer Information Access Center) dashboard. You will be able to view automatically generated reports, perform ad-hoc and multiple data field queries, and perform various list extractions.
All data collected and imported is the property of the manufacturer and not that of Leader Technologies. Leader never makes the data available to any outside person or third party unless required by the customer, and only then with the express written permission to do so.
